Between the annual physical that catches things ten years late and the supplement aisle that catches nothing at all, there is a large amount of useful medicine that nobody was delivering well.
Order Peptides, Inc. started because three clinicians kept having the same conversation with patients and kept running out of appointment. The questions were good ones — about metabolic drift, about recovery capacity, about the decade before menopause — and the fifteen-minute slot was never going to be enough.
Asynchronous care solved the time problem. Writing things down solved the memory problem. And grading every treatment by its evidence tier solved the problem we found most frustrating of all: an industry that markets preclinical mouse data as though it were a clinical outcome.
We now serve patients in 50 states, with 40,000+ people treated and a fully in-house medical team. The catalogue stays deliberately small. Anything that can't clear our evidence bar — or can't be sourced from a licensed pharmacy with lot-level testing — doesn't get listed.

Say what the evidence is
Every treatment page states its regulatory status and evidence tier. When the human data is thin, we write that down instead of leaning on mechanism.
The lowest effective dose
More is not the goal. The goal is the smallest amount that changes something, held for as long as it keeps working.
Measure, then treat
A protocol without a baseline is a belief system. We push for labs first and repeat them, because the trend is where the information lives.
Decline when appropriate
Roughly one in eight intakes isn't approved for the treatment requested. A provider that approves everything isn't practising medicine.
