The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified clinician, and reading it does not create a patient relationship.
Regulatory status of the treatments described
- Some treatments we offer are FDA-approved medications used for their approved indications.
- Some are FDA-approved medications prescribed off-label — legal, common practice, but not evaluated by the FDA for the use described.
- Some are compounded preparations. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and the FDA does not review them for safety, efficacy or quality.
- Some are research peptides whose supporting evidence is preclinical or limited to small human studies. We label these explicitly.
Every treatment page states which of these categories it falls into. Our evidence-tier framework is explained in full on the research page.
Statements about benefits
Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products described are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Descriptions of mechanism are not claims of clinical outcome, and animal or laboratory findings are not evidence that the same effect occurs in people.
Individual results
Outcomes vary substantially between individuals. Figures, charts and percentages shown on treatment pages are illustrative, derived from published literature and aggregated self-reported member check-ins, and are not a guarantee of any result.
Do not self-prescribe
Do not start, stop or change any medication based on content you read here. Discuss any change with your clinician, including medications prescribed elsewhere and over-the-counter supplements.
Emergencies
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not rely on this website or our message portal.
