Getting started

You complete a medical intake online — about ten minutes. A licensed clinician reviews it, orders labs if needed, and either approves a protocol or tells you why it isn't appropriate. If approved, your medication ships from a licensed US pharmacy, usually within three to five business days.

No. Care is delivered asynchronously — you answer questions in writing and your clinician responds in writing. If your situation needs an in-person evaluation, we'll say so and help you find one rather than treating around it.

For some treatments yes, for others no. You can upload labs from the last twelve months during intake, or order a panel through us. Your clinician will tell you exactly what's required before you pay for anything.

You aren't charged for the medication. Your clinician explains the reason and, where possible, suggests an alternative. Roughly one in eight intakes isn't approved for the treatment originally requested.

All 50 states for most treatments. A few services have state-level restrictions — lab testing isn't available in New York, for example — and we flag those before checkout rather than after.

Treatments and safety

It varies, and we label every treatment plainly. Some, like metformin, are FDA-approved and prescribed off-label for longevity. Others are compounded formulations, which are not FDA-approved products. Several research peptides have limited human data. Each product page states its regulatory status at the top.

A licensed compounding pharmacy prepares the medication for an individual patient, often at a strength or in a form that isn't commercially available. Compounded drugs are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy, though the pharmacies themselves are state-licensed and inspected.

Every lot we ship is third-party tested for potency and sterility. Certificates of analysis are available on request for any lot number on your vial.

Often, and many protocols are designed that way. Your clinician reviews every combination for interactions — including supplements and anything prescribed elsewhere, which is why the intake asks for a complete list.

Message your care team. Most side effects are dose-related and resolve with an adjustment. For anything urgent, the message thread is monitored during business hours and we'll tell you plainly when something warrants urgent care instead.

Membership and billing

Unlimited messaging with your care team, clinician review and prescription management, protocol adjustments at no extra cost, and discounted lab panels. Medication is billed separately at the price listed on each treatment page.

Yes, from your account in two clicks. No retention call, no cancellation fee. Your current cycle finishes and nothing renews.

We don't bill insurance directly. We can provide an itemized superbill you may submit for out-of-network reimbursement, and HSA and FSA cards work at checkout.

No. The price on each treatment page is the monthly price, shipping included. Lab panels are priced separately and shown before you order.

Discreet, unbranded packaging. Temperature-sensitive medications ship cold-chain with insulation and tracking. Nothing on the outside indicates what's inside.

Privacy

Yes. We operate under HIPAA. Your clinical records are accessible to your care team and to you, and are never sold or shared with advertisers.

No. Because we don't bill insurance, nothing is transmitted to your insurer unless you personally submit a superbill for reimbursement.

You can request deletion at any time. We're required to retain certain prescribing records for the period set by state law, and we'll tell you exactly what must be kept and for how long.
