- Why is it usually stacked with BPC-157?
- They target different steps. BPC-157 research centers on new blood-vessel formation; TB-500 research centers on cell migration into the site. Clinicians often use them together for that reason.
- What's the loading phase for?
- Higher twice-weekly dosing for the first four weeks is intended to reach effective tissue levels faster, after which a weekly maintenance dose holds it.
- Can I train while cycling it?
- Usually yes, but the loading schedule matters. Your clinician will set a return-to-load progression so you don't undo the repair.
Injection-site reactions, transient fatigue in the loading phase and occasional headache are the commonly reported effects. As with other research peptides, the limited long-term human data is the primary consideration.
Who this is not for

What is TB-500?
TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a protein present in nearly all human cells and highly concentrated at wound sites.
Its central proposed action is binding actin — the structural protein cells use to move — which supports the cell migration required to populate and rebuild damaged tissue.
Individual results vary. Figures shown are modelled from published literature and aggregated, self-reported member check-ins; they are illustrative and are not a guarantee of outcome. See the evidence tier for this treatment.

90How TB-500 works
Week 1
Onboarding, first dose and a check-in on tolerability. Most protocols start below the standard dose so your body has time to adjust.
30 Days
Your first real signal. We review side effects, adherence and any early changes before deciding whether to adjust anything.
3 Months
The window where most measurable change shows up. Repeat labs where the protocol calls for them, and a dose review either way.
6 Months
Trend lines rather than single readings. We compare against your baseline panel and decide whether to continue, adjust or stop.
1 Year and Beyond
Maintenance. The goal is the lowest effective dose you can hold, with twice-yearly labs keeping the protocol honest.
