Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a state where we operate. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during intake and to keep it current. Providing inaccurate medical information may result in an inappropriate prescription and is grounds for termination.

The service is not emergency care

Our services are not appropriate for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use this website or the message portal to report an emergency.

No guarantee of prescription

Completing an intake and paying a fee does not entitle you to a prescription. A licensed clinician determines whether treatment is appropriate, and may decline. Where a clinician declines, you are not charged for medication.

Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
• Prices may change on renewal with at least 30 days' notice.
• Medication that has shipped is generally not refundable, for safety reasons.

Acceptable use

• Do not resell, share or transfer medication prescribed to you.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, age, location or medical history.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account or our systems without authorisation.
• Do not scrape, copy or republish site content without written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice before taking effect.
