Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

The standard we work to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort rather than a finished state, and we audit against it as part of our release process.

What we do

• Semantic HTML with landmarks, headings and labelled form controls.
• Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
• Text and interface colour contrast meeting or exceeding AA thresholds.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
• Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
• Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide.

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds, including payment and identity verification flows, are not fully under our control. Where we identify a barrier in one of these we raise it with the vendor and offer an alternative route to complete the task.

Report a barrier

If you encounter something you cannot use, tell us through the contact page and describe what you were trying to do. We aim to respond within two business days and will offer an alternative way to complete the task while we fix the underlying issue.
