Shipping & returns

Shipping is included in the price shown on every treatment page. There is no separate shipping charge at checkout.

Timing

• Clinician review: typically within one business day of completing your intake.
• Pharmacy fulfilment: one to three business days after approval.
• Transit: two to five business days, with tracking sent by email.
• Refrigerated items ship Monday to Wednesday to avoid weekend transit.

Packaging

Everything ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents. Temperature-sensitive medications ship with insulation and a cold pack; on arrival, refrigerate immediately. A shipment that arrives warm should not be used — tell us and we will replace it at no charge.

Refills

Subscriptions ship automatically before you run out. You can pause, delay or cancel a shipment from your account up to 48 hours before it processes.

Returns

For patient safety and by law, prescription medication cannot be returned to stock or resold once it has left the pharmacy. We therefore cannot accept returns of dispensed medication.

When we will replace or refund

• The shipment arrived damaged, or a cold-chain item arrived warm.
• The wrong item or strength was dispensed.
• The shipment was lost in transit.
• You were charged after cancelling.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery in any of these cases and we will replace the order or refund it in full.

Disposal

Do not flush unused medication or place sharps in household waste. Use a pharmacy take-back programme for unused medication and an approved sharps container for needles — we include one with every injectable protocol.
