Do not sell or share my personal information

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have specific rights regarding the sale and sharing of personal information.

Our position

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share protected health information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Some website analytics and advertising technologies may nonetheless constitute "sharing" under certain state definitions, and this page lets you opt out of those.

Your rights

• Opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information.
• Know what categories of personal information we collect and for what purpose.
• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Request deletion, subject to records we must legally retain.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the service.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

How to opt out

• Enable Global Privacy Control in your browser — we treat that signal as a valid opt-out request.
• Submit a request through our contact page, marked "privacy request".
• Email our privacy team directly.

Authorised agents

You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for written permission from you and may require you to verify your identity directly with us.

Verification and timing

We verify requests using information already in your account. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will tell you.
